Samyeong Cable Co., Ltd. is a major OEM supplier of automobile cables (for speedometers, ignitions, batteries, etc) and solenoid valves to Hyundai Motors. Kia Motors. Ssangyong Motors. and Daewoo Motors. In addition the company supplies several major overseas companies including Mazda, Meritor, TRW and Delphi Automotive System.



The company has received a number of notable awards for its products and management: it was named the top supplier in its Total Quality System Strategy by Hyundai Motor Co.and Meritor; awarded the Single PPM designation by the Small and Medium Business Administration; named one of the Top 100 firms in the industry for quality and competitiveness, and awarded the Best Business Prize by the Korean government for outstanding labor relations.



Expanding its overseas presence, in 1999, the company signed a Technical Assistance Agreement with Ark Otomotive Co., Turkey and in 2001, with Electricfil France, offering opportunities in European markets.
